1. Who We Are

Supplied is a software tool operated and owned by Adrien Olivier ("Supplied", "we", "us", or "our").

At this stage, Supplied is operated by Adrien Olivier in a personal capacity. Any reference to "Supplied" refers to the product and services operated by Adrien Olivier.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Supplied (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

3. Nature of the Service (Beta / Test Use)

Supplied is currently provided as a test / beta service.

This means:

This testing phase is for evaluation purposes only and is not intended to create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for:

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised account access.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Supplied, including all software, code, designs, interfaces, workflows, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is fully owned by Adrien Olivier.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for its intended purpose during the permitted access period.

7. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only:

• For internal testing or evaluation purposes
• In accordance with these Terms
• Within the scope of access granted to you

8. Prohibited Use

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• Share your login credentials or account access
• Allow unauthorised third parties to access the Service
• Provide access to the Service to other companies or studios
• Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Service
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Reproduce or replicate features, designs, or functionality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adrien Olivier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service (if any).

We are not responsible for any data loss, including but not limited to loss of content, saved projects, Supplier records, or any business impact resulting from such loss.

16. Future Company Structure

You acknowledge and agree that ownership and operation of Supplied may later be transferred to a legal entity controlled by Adrien Olivier.

Any such transfer will not reduce or affect Supplied's ownership of the Service or its intellectual property.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, NSW, without regard to conflict of law principles.
